Yes Smaran you can get visa even with low grades. There is
no such obligation that you wont get visa because of low %.
But to overcome that you should either have good score in
GRE or TOEFL. Since you dont have and if you are not in the
mood to repeat then search for Universities which do not
require GRE, TOEFL or IELTS and provide with a exception
letter based on your medium of instructions and English
score thru out ur education.
For example Concordia University, Wisconsin, USA provides
exemption letter and that improves your chances of getting
visa with out any entrance exams...

Hi. I am Chandra Sekhar. I am a B.Com graduate. I have 15yrs of education in contrast to the 16yrs required for a student visa. so my question is whether i would be able to get the F1 visa or do i have to do anything about it?
I am flo from france and I am currently studying in London. I have the opportunity of taking a design course over the summer at an american university so I need a visa F1. The university pays their student to study for the summer as they are doing a project in partnership with companies. Am I able to be paid by the uni with a VISA F1? Also, can I apply for a visa in London instead of going back to France for the embassy appointment? Thank you to everyone who could help me!!
