I had 5 backlogs and i said i had 3 backlogs.lied to visa officer about the backlogs.luck was not on my side he asked my marks sheet and he came to know that there are 5 backlogs and he asked me...i explained him that according to our university we can takeoff 2 subjects which is true and vo is slightly convinced but not sure he continued interview ...should there be any problem if i apply second time.
5552My M1 VISA GOT REJECTED WITHOUT A REASON, I didn't get any slip or letter stating the reason for rejection nor there was any sort of rejection stamp on my passport..I just got my passport back.During the interview the officer just asked my my passport,DS-160 Confirmation page,I-20,SEVIS FEE Confirmation page. thats all...I had my financial statements,school certificates but he didn't ask for any of this..at the end of our conversation I asked him is there any other documents he would like to see..and he said no..I was under the impression my visa will be approved. but then i get my passport without visa. now i dont know whome to ask. I tried sending them emails but no reply. Can I just go and meet them straight or Do I have to pay visa fee again, Do I have fill the DS-160 form all over again? what is the correct procedure. since they haven't told me the reason I am all confused now. please I need your help
5229i have 12 backlogs in my btech and 18 certificates in total...my question is will the visa officer consider my backlogs or certificates??many told me that u will have a problem if u have too many certificates...will he prefer the final certificate or all these certificates?please do answe r me...i have 85%in 10th and 80% in 12th and 65 in btech...312 gre score and 110 toefl..will he consider me?

I have a very serious problem.in my passport my name is like First name-Nakul Middle name-Kumar.There is no Last name as my father also doesnt keep one.Now one university is asking for Last name to be written else get a new passport(which is not at all a good option) for I20.The second option they gave is that to keep First name as FNU (First Name unknown) and Last name as "Nakul Kumar".This option will create serious problems in VISA interview.Kindly suggest what should I do.I got admit from this university and its required for I20.Please help.

My interview is few days away and am applying for a us student visa. I have completed my high school in 2005 and after that did a one year course of computer till 2006 and after that was helping my parents with there business till 2007 June. I then completed my swift course in NIIT which was a four months course and in midway appeared for the TOEFL exams. If the person asks what was I doing during the free time, please help me out it is the matter of my career. Thanks!
