2373My Wife is working as Software engineer in one of the leading IT company , she already have approved L1 VISA , her company did not make use of it , we were trying to transfer her to USA directly through her company it does not seem to work , still not confirmed , now i am planning to bring my wife as depenedent(H4) to me , as i am in USA with H1 VISA , we have confusion , my wife not willing to resign until H4 is stamped , my doubt here is ,1. will a company allow to me apply for dependent VISA when she is working in a company ? 2. If they allow to process , if in case H4 is stamped ,she did not resign from job , if her company agrees to send her to USA using the same old company;s L1 , is it valid after getting H4 stamped ?

Dear , thanks for helping me out with all the informations provided in this website. i got rejected for f1 visa twice in this month (dec) in Hyderabad vo said ur not elgible for student visa vat i have to do now (i got less scores gre 810 btech 55% and having 10 backlogs but for the gre i got letter from ets mentioning that there is problem with the validation of my exam thats why they are offering me to re test for the free of cost) i want to apply for the next time in Chennai vat will u suggest me thank u

My company X is going to file L1 Individual Petition. Can I simultaneously apply for some company in US lets say B and I clear my interview and they apply for my H1 Visa. Will there be a problem in processing L1 Individual by company A as other company B may also start processing my H1 at the same time( as it takes some time to process H1). HI, I am Jigar Mehta. I had apply for F1 Visa on 8 june 2009 bt they rejected it.Actually In my Case my uncle stays in US and he had apply for green card for my parents and it is in current stage within a year we will get it. But I was not aware that It include me also. in my knowledge it was only for my parents not for me. So VO asked me first que that have u filed immigration application so i told no not for me. so he thought i was not honest and he rejected. I was honestly not aware of it that they consider full family for green card. so now what should i do when i go next time for interview? plz help.

I am working for Tata group IT company having more than 5000 Employee (Not TCS), I was having L1B in 2005 but I never traveled to US, instead my company send me Europe from where I return back in 2008, eventually my L1B got expired in 2009.
