Hi My husband is in USA for couple of months on B1 visa. We are having our anniversary in this suration and we want to be together. My husband will get allowance of 110$ per day which company is ready to give in writing. My husband just has 2 years of experience so has only 1 year of ITR statement and bank statements do not show heavy cash flow. But the allowance that he wil be getting from the company would be good enough for my stay and the travel. My husband also has property in his name in India whose document xerox i have. What could be the possible Q after seeing these documents? and what should be my answer.

I am a single lawyer with the government and my parents are both retired government employees. Both of my brothers are american citizens. We want to take a short vacation and also to witness my nephews' birth. My parents and I went for a visa interview recently and were denied. The consulate only asked us few questions; 1. are you the only child left in the philippines? yes sir because I work here in the philipines. 2. And both of your parents are retired? yes sir. Then he said, Unfortunately, I cannot approve your application because you fail to show strong ties in the Philippines. We intend to apply again. Just in case the consul will asked us, what changed between the time of our first interview and now, can I politely say that we were not given the chance to show our strong ties in the philippines? How soon can we apply again? Is it better for us to have separate interviews, I alone and my parents together?

He tried filing an affidavit of support at the Immigration and Naturalization Service there but the officer told him that I should be the one to process my visitor visa application with my own documents. Does it mean Affidavit of support or invitation letter is not a requirement for applying a Visitor Visa coming from the Philippines? and will the bank deposit of $1,100.00 enough for my 3 days stay in the USA because my friend will be responsible for all of my expenses including the airfare? Hi - I had attended US B1 visa interview on 19th July 2017 (Wednesday) and I got "rejected". The The counselor had given the reason for 214 (B) section, I got 30 reasons for rejection after I had checked in google, Can someone help me? I will be going for the 2nd time after 6 months, Does it Okay? Is there any chances to reject 2nd time also. In my first interview they asked below the question:- 1) What is your designation (2 times) ? 2) Explain your duty of your job? 3) What is my company does in the US? 4) Where are you going in the US? 5) How many days are going to stay in the US? 6) What kind of conference meeting is it? 7) How many people are working there with your team in the US? 8) What is the purpose of the meeting? 9) What will you do once you come back from US after attending a conference meeting? *I have answered clearly to all above questions.
