2636I have a very serious problem.in my passport my name is like First name-Nakul Middle name-Kumar.There is no Last name as my father also doesnt keep one.Now one university is asking for Last name to be written else get a new passport(which is not at all a good option) for I20.The second option they gave is that to keep First name as FNU (First Name unknown) and Last name as "Nakul Kumar".This option will create serious problems in VISA interview.Kindly suggest what should I do.I got admit from this university and its required for I20.Please help.

I have finished with my TOEFL(106) & GRE(1120) exams in 2008. my toefl score is expired. i just gave my toefl exam without any preparation..that's why i dont think that i will get good score this time. i just want to know is that if i will low score(sure that i will score in between 80-90 then TOEFL ibt going to cross check my score or not..

I want to marry a girl who I have talked to for about 3 years. I have not met her in person but was thinking about trying to use the fiance visa to bring her to U.S to marry her. Hi All, This is karthik from bangalore, I have applied for my H1B and it got selected in lotto and it's approved on June 19 2008.Now i am waiting for mu interview date. I am working here with a software company for 3 years but before 6 months it was taken over by another concern and now all my revisal letter and pay slip will have both the companies name logo etc..... my questions is.. Will it affect anyway in my H1B interview?
