if i want to sell 5 mobiles which is left, i will reduce my
incentive which is alloted in target and i will make the
customer with special more discount on behalf of me are
co.because of last sales, and i will loose my incentive to
reach target (its my practical experience)

Please, don't worry about your job. I think 25 outof 30 is
handsome number. In business (+,-)5 is always with it. if
you have good past work so No will be presurrize you on you
job. so don't panic & set a new target to achieve more than
30 mobiles in next coming month.
So Best of All.

ACTUALLY WHEN WE HAVE TARGET OF 30 MOBILES PER MONTH, WE
SHOULD PREPARE TO ACHIVE 45-50 MOBILES AND ITZ EASYEST WAY TO
REACH OUR TARGET.REALLY ITZ A GOOD SCORE BUT ULTIMATLY WE
HAVE TO REACH OUR TARGETS..
BUT WE DIDN'T HAV TIME , ALREADY MONTH IS OVER FOR 25
MOBILES AND 5 ARE STILL LEFT, IF WE HAV PROSPECTS WE CAN
CARRY FORWORD
TO NEXT MONTH, TO REACH OUR TARGETS.

Probabally , first i ll find out the reasons why this
happened. Because if some thing is setted as target it
should be acchived in a stipulation of time. Then ll work
out in such way that it dosent happen in the comming years .
Beuacsue the problem may be in N in numbers say less
advertising, poor sales techniques, less promotional tools
etc. PSGIM

Simple,
WAY 1: Cut my own commission on the product sale and pass
the benefit to customer in form of discount and
WAY 2: in case the incentives on meeting the target is
sufficiently high, i would sell the product to my customer
at cost and pay the remaining from my pocket.

the best way to resolve the problem to confess that you
havn't achieved your target. Now your next job to find out
the reason, Why it happened......was the target very high??
Didn't u put the required effort..........now by finding
the reason behind it we can take corrective action like we
can revise the target for the next month......we can change
our approach etc...

I will call all my previous customers and take their feedback on the phones they have purchased. Will ask for reference from Happy customers and make sure that I will overachieve my targets and also establish reserves for the next corresponding months to come. Word of mouth publicity works wonders.
