How will you do a local client copy? Just tell us up to the point where you monitor the progress. What if SAP* user is not available at all in your system then how u will do client copy?

With out sap* user copy will not possible.When ever create new client sap* is available by defauly.
-->Create new client By usibg SCC4 in 000 client
-->Set the parameter login/no_automatic_user_sapstar" = 0 to login new client
-->Login new client with sap* and password is pass.
-->Run the SCCL and fill the fields andexcute.

hi,
as best of my knowledge, when ever we create a client by default sap* user will create. because when we create a new client from scc4, then we keep client copy after login into the newly created client with the sap* user.
