what should we do if the developer rejects the bug?
Answer Posted / indira varma
in 3 cases developer not accept with the bug
1. as per design
suppose customer make a change request in the
middle of design phase .then designer designed as per the
change req
but he is not updated the srs . developer develops based on
design .but tester writhe test case and perform testing
based on srs.because of this defect is raises. so it is not
developer fault .
2.ambiguity:
when the requirements are not clearly specified .ex
client not specified user name range.then developer
developed his own view(ex max 20).but how can know that he
takes his own rang(ex 26).because of this defect is raised
3.tester error:
tester understand functionality wrongly than he designed
wrong test cases because of this bug is found.
