Hi i am on OPT right Now.And i m workig in a company since 1 month. I am having the paystub and all the documents.I m willing to visit india for marriage on march. So would there be problem while entering US again. Is there Any new Rules in 2010 reagrding this.
I have applied for f-1 visa on may 18th ,i have not yet recieved my 4-2 results but till now i have an aggregate of 74.33% and no backlogs ,so can i attend the visa appointment without my 4-2 results ,and by just producing the completion certificate
sir i got admission at us university in MBA health care managemnt. i donot have toefl scores. even then i got admission from that university(viu). do the visa officer asks me about my scores. toefl and gre scores are not requite to that university. is this a problem at the us consulate. please give me suggestions.
These subjects are also taught in other universities also but why this university?
i am yet to finish my bpharmacy but my gre score is 278 my question that i have around 20 backlogs and the reason i couldnt clear them on time was due to health reasons wat are my chances of getting through the visa interview but the plus pt is i have been to the us as a tourist . is it necessary that i shud show my health certificate to prove that i was indeed ill the thing is that i have wasted 2 yrs writing my backlogs but in the mean time i have also worked in a pharma company for abt 1and half yrs so there any scope.
Hello, I have been approved for Ph.D with full funding and i have a minor with me. So, should I file his application for F2 (that is the dependent VIsa) with me F1 application or fill it later once i get approved for F1 and then go for drop box option? I have got an I-20. But due to some paper problem i am not able to take an interview date for M1 us visa and my i20 is going to expire on 27th July (before i have to report). What should i do now. It will take time to complete my paper work. Should i get new i20 or is there any way to extend it?

Hi, i have done a post graduate course i.e MCA and applying for MS in information system at universities in USA. As i have done masters some univ waive my GRE, even though i have given GRE for which my score was low 830. My TOEFL score is 83.I have first class with distinction in graduation and first class in MCA.I have received I-20 from 1 univ, will the GRE score bother me at the time of visa interview?And which Questions would i prepare for before going to the interview?
