What sunil said is exactly correct,
1.N number of defect are found in Requirement -(Walkthrough
and Inspection)around 50%.
2.1/4 of the bugs found in Design and Codings(Unit testing)

so Remaining 25% of defect found by testers
(Functional testing,Sys testing,Reg testing,Non -
functionality tetsing and Perfo.... testing).
