i am working in a govt org as a scientist in he areas of
s/w engineering and i have got my i-20 and wish to for a F1
visa for doing my MS. i have a good academic background and
good scores as well. will working in a govt org as a
scientist go against me in the visa. should i carry some
extra docs ...

Your visa won't be rejected sir. They might give you a 221G
and ask you to wait while they get clearance for your case
from Washington D.C. This will happen if you have worked
with defense establishments like DRDO, ISRO etc. Sometimes
they give you an additional questionnaire if they think you
are a doubtful case but don't worry. If other things are in
place, your visa will surely be issued.

my graduate school had my gre score sent to them by ets but up till now that i am about to attend the interview i do not have my copy of the score

Hey I am willing to Aviator College for Professional Pilot training in which I will get training for commercial pilot also certified flight instructor ratings. This is an F1 visa program. hi, I going to the US for my masters in spring. Its my dad who is sponsoring me. But he just retired a few months back & hence is no longer paying any IT(income tax). So will it be a problem n getting a visa if i still show him as my sponsor ?? I have the funds in his account to cover the 2yrs plus a 15 Lakh education loan to support my studies. Thank you

I had apply for F1 Visa on 8 june 2009 bt they rejected it.Actually In my Case my uncle stays in US and he had apply for green card for my parents and it is in current stage within a year we will get it. But I was not aware that It include me also. in my knowledge it was only for my parents not for me. So VO asked me first que that have u filed immigration application so i told no not for me. so he thought i was not honest and he rejected. I was honestly not aware of it that they consider full family for green card. so now what should i do when i go next time for interview? plz help.

Me: 3months exp & I underwent a leg surgery ( Actually I am 2007 passed out student & I underwent leg surgery for 2times, which is very rare condition & I had 3month work exp also. But in DS 160 form I didnt mention about exp. I dont want to tell lie to them so I told about 3months work exp & later I told about leg surgery. But she didnt listen to my surgery. Dear Sir, For financial assistance can i take sponsorship from US green card holder(Relatives). It's take any nagitive impact for getting F-1 Visa. actually i applied for work study programme. for that university does not ask GRE and Tofel score. Only they ask english profession certificate from graduation. After completion of all aspects i got i-20,In Visa interview any change is there asking about my GRE and Tofel score and how can explain.
