I got married on xxx date but my passport was not ready as
I wanted to change my last name.My husband did not have
enough vacation so he left India on xxx date..So ihad to
come alone

Hi,I am planning to apply H4 dependent visa for my spouse.her parents are already staying on green card in USA.so is there any chances of rejection of her H4 visa in interview because of her parents and younger brothers are already living there on Green card.
