Hello,I'm going to take my interview on August in order to take have my master in Business Administration.First I didn't take my TOEFL Since i don't have much time for it,and I was also told that it doesn't matter if I got it or not.Secondly,My sponsor is the father of my sister hasband;in fact he has a lot of money cuz he owns a Company.I want to know if this will affect my chances of gaining my VISA.Thanx in advance.

I wish to do my graduate studies in one of the us universities in the field of computer science starting Fall 2010 and am waiting admission information from 1-2 univs. Two years back, I had attempted for H1-B visa which was put on hold. Subsequently since I got a good job in India, I did not pursue H1-B visa. Now I wish to continue with my studies after getting some job experience. My problem What shoudl I write in the DS-160 column asking: Whether you had applied for US visa earlier, if so what is the result. Whether I should write: applied for H1-B visa but put on hold or applied for H1-B visa, denied. Whether this will come in the way of my securing F-1 visa now? Hey I am willing to Aviator College for Professional Pilot training in which I will get training for commercial pilot also certified flight instructor ratings. This is an F1 visa program. I applied for F1 visa last week but my visa was refused stating incorrect visa category. Can anyone help me out with this situation. Please let me know what should I do. I will thankful to you.
