what is the importance of hr in the life of business?
Answer Posted / beautyneha_2006
hr means human resource ie it is process of analysing the
status and maintaing the staff in the organisation. as we
know without cart car cant move as in the same case of
organisation. without human resource a single organisation
cant get successs as well as he is not able to achieve the
target itself
so for each and every organisation it is necessary to have
qualified and skillled and trained staff
