Dear All,
I want Some urgent Help.I applied for h1b this year(2008).
I got selected in Random process.I have problem with my
name.could any body please help in this situation.
MyName according to all documents: Venkata Chary.rajula
In my passport it was : VenkataChery.rajula
In the above
1) there is no space between Venkata and chary
2)in my second name chary was mispelt,by mistakenly it is
chery.
In my passport second name is different from original
documents.Is there any problem in visa interview.if so,what
are the necessary steps should i take.plese give me a quick
solution.

1. I am currently working at CompanyA in L1B visa, I am going to apply H1B visa through CompanyB in March 2013. Hi All, I have attended for H1B yesterday in chennai consulate. Interviewer was not happy with the project desc and asked for more documents mostly abt company profile and complete desc.she asked me to drop them in the drop box in hyderabad consulate.but she said not to drop the passport. can anyone let me know what happens next. shall i consider it as lost as she didnt asked for passport? or after checking the documents will i be asked to appear again if she is ok with the docs? or how is it gonna be?
