Dear All,
I want Some urgent Help.I applied for h1b this year(2008).
I got selected in Random process.I have problem with my
name.could any body please help in this situation.
MyName according to all documents: Venkata Chary.rajula
In my passport it was : VenkataChery.rajula
In the above
1) there is no space between Venkata and chary
2)in my second name chary was mispelt,by mistakenly it is
chery.
In my passport second name is different from original
documents.Is there any problem in visa interview.if so,what
are the necessary steps should i take.plese give me a quick
solution.

Hi, I have done 3 years diploma in electronics ( 1998-2000) but I completed my diploma in 2005. I started working from 2000 itself ; so I am having total 10+ year experience in IT field. I was attened for H1b in chennai embassy,on nov14th 2005, but its in Admin Query, after few months exactly 364 days i got a personnel interview, in that they said we r sending ur file to INS because u dont have background computers, but in MBA i have computers subject i said, and i too worked in Canada for 1.5 years. Here is my background: B1/B2 Valid till 2016 Company C Travelled on it L1B valid till 2011 Company B Never Travelled on it H1B Valid Petition till 2011 Company A Not Stamped yet. Going for it. 1. Is there any problem getting H1B stamped as I have not travelled on L1B? 2. Will my L1B cancelled, once H1B got stamped? 3. Is there any problem on H1B stamping, as H1B petition valid since 2008 and going for stamping now in 2010?
