In Cash Sale transaction, the customer orders, picksup &
pay for the goods immediately.
The order is process as soon as we save the order & billing
is related to order.
Creating cash sale order is VA01 - create order type CS
In Rush Order transaction, the goods are delivered on the
same day as the order is placed & this transaction is
related for credit.
Delivery is processed as soon as the order is saved &
billing is related to delivery.
Creating Rush Order VA01 - Order type RO
