DBA_Segment is Oracle Object which contain information
about other object Created by Users like Tables,Indexes,
Veiws etc.
Its Store the information like initial ,
Extent,Min_Extent,Next_Extent, PCT_Increase,blocks, Owner of
the Object, TableSpace etc.
