If you really want to get into semanticsapce as a developer,
you must :

A. Have extremely good knowledge (and also practical
exposure) to OOPs.
B. Should know about ALL the keys in SQL.
C. Logically Sound (should be able to write any kind of
string manipulation programs in C)

If you looking to be a tester you :

A.Should score good in written
B.Should have complete knowledge of SDLC
C.Have an experience of 6 months
D.Have strong concepts of Manual Testing & how to write test
cases.
