VVVF MEANS VARIBLE VOLTAGE AND VERIBLE FRIQUENCY IT TAKE DC
VOLTAGE TO RUN DAT VOLTAGE IS MAY BE 24V DC CORRENT ONLY
DEPENDING UPON THE APPLICATION IT IS BASED

I am getting above 60 V as open delta voltage against single phase unit ICT at tertiary delta formed and ICT getting trippped on NDR. ICT tested and found in order. PTs provided on tertiary are tested and in order. what may be the reason?

it is in our knowledge tht right plug of supply of residential suppy system is phase n other is neutral...howevr the battery charger of mobile works in both ways...i mean it is not restricted in only one direction.ny of the holder of charger can hav phase .so y is it not lik tht phase of supply must b connected 2 phase of charger...?
