Yes.. Most of the time Dev. Lead tells Test Lead that build
is ready for testing . If there is SCMs ( S/w configuration
Managers ) in the Organization, they will drop a mail to
the entire testing team , that a particular build is ready
for testing and is available at some location , tha path of
which is also there in the mail.
