prokaryotes do not produce mRNA... this is produced in the
riobosomes of Eukaryotes... prokaryotes produce rRNA which
can be separated by lysing the Shine-Dalgarno sequence with
BBNT and then applying a
dideoxyoligonucleotidephosphohydroxylase to the upstream
portion of your okazaki fragments
