Plan versions allow you to create several orgnisation plans
in the system at the same time. You can simulate and
compare various scenarios using plan versions. One of
these plan versions represents the active organisational
plan and flagged as the active integration Plan version.
Plan version having two digit and name of version (01-
current plan)
there are 5 objects:
Active, Planned, submitted, approved, rejected.
Actually, when we PLANNED some objects, they should
SUBMITTED to Management for APPROVAL or REJECTION and
approved objects come into ACTIVE and remining will go to
Rejection. The rejected objects can be submitted for
approval as and when they are required.
These above activities should be processed in GERMANY
only, not in other countriesl. Priority icon is used to
give prference to the dvisions/bracnh for allocation of
Budget and to expect more returns.

I need to ask you that while I am trying to book one person in training for a business event type, they are saying that this person is not available for the business event. Why is it so? But that I can book a user for the same business event type. What is the differense between user and person? Now in case if I book a person for the business event, how can I see whether that person is available for that date or not. Moreover how can I see that that person is on leave or not.
