Actually Now a days Testing group is heart for any project.
Testing group mainly requires 1.Domain knowledge 2.
Functional knowledge.
3. Great communications skills.
4. Positive as well as -ve attitude towards testing an
application.
5. Good automation tool knowledge if it is necessary for
the project.
