First 5 races => all 25 different horses
Race 6 => 5 winners from 1st 5 races
let r1,r2,r3,r4,r5 represent the 1st 5 races sorted
according to the results of race 6.
Race 6 results

1st : winner of r1
2nd : winner of r2
.......

5th : winner of r5
Position after 6 races:

1a 1b 1c 1d 1e (1st places)
2a 2b 2c 2d 2e (2nd places)

Race 7:

To decide the participants of race 7, we start elimination
