BALLS AND WEIGHING THEM IN 2ND ATTEMPT U WILL KNOW WHICH ONE
IS LESSER. eLSE IF IN THE FIRST WEIGH ONW WOULD BE LESSER.
FROM THESE 3 BALLS TAKE ONLY TWO BALLS AT PUT IT IN BALANCE.
