OF THE NEGOTIABLE INSTRUMENTS ACT DEFINES BILLS OF EXCHANGE
AS A BILL OF EXCHANGE IS AN INSTRUMENT DULY SIGNED BY THE
DRAWER, INDICATING THE DRAWEE TO PAY THE SAID AMOUNT ONLY
TO, OR BEAR OF INSTRUMENT.
