Training is a conscious attempt to develop certain skills
of any person/group. It is well planned, organized in a
systematic manner.
Learning is a process of accumulating or reinventing new
thought, opinion, values, skills or attitude. It may or may
not be the outcome of any training. It is influenced by
personal experience, views of others, background, training
etc.
