Recruitment: Recruitment is a process underlying the
principles of manpower requirements and needs of the firms
capability to deliver its services efficiently and
effectively.
Recruitment in a more generic statement would refer to the
process of identifying manpower needs, sourcing of
suitable/ideal talent pool per the requirements and
bringing them onboard for the delivery by interviewing and
selecting within the parameters of job description.
It is a process for identifying the mapower requiremnts an
illing in the gap for the same.
