Scales are generally maintained in Inforecords(For the
material and vendor combination)using ME11.
Scales means we define different conditions(price,value)for
different scaling. For ex.
for 1 to 99 Pc Price: 10 Eur
for 101 to 199 Pc Price: 9 Eur
for 201 to 299 Pc Price : 8 Eur
