IN THIS MODEL THE COST OF THE PROJECT IS TOO LOW WHEN
COMPARED WITH ANOTHER MODELS
THIS MODEL IS USED WHEN THE CLIENT
REQUIREMENTS ARE CLEAR FOR THAT PROJECT
