the exact role of a OracleHR Functional Consultant in
implementing Oracle HR.

Implementation is the process wherein a functional guy
needs to understand the requirement of the client business
needs and map the same with the oracle hrms. Functional
person will be responsible for defining the rules and
regulation in the system. He will develop the system in
such a way that clients business needs meets.
