I think you are doing the same mistake. it should be "u two
are rejected" not "too".
so you three are rejected..!!

Can I attend US embassy for H1 Visa at Saudi being an Indian. I am on Business Visa at Saudi for next 3 months.
I am working as SWE .I got H1B approved (valid from Oct- 2009 to Sep-2012).This time I have planes to attend consulate in Oct’09. Last year May 08 I had been to US on Business Visa (Visa valid for 10 Years). Want to know the questions I may face at US Consulate interview & chances of getting Visa? Please Help.Thanks
Hi, My company has initiated H1b for me...am not sure, on my appliaction. This is because: 1. An from non IT background[Mech engg] & have only 2.3 years of IT exp 2. I did my Engg after my diploma in mechanical. Guidelines says it should be [10+2+4]...But i have [10+3+3].. Please answer this...Am very confused...

H1B approved in October 2008 I got H1B Approval NoticeI-797B form which is valid from 3rd October 2008 to 21st September 2011.i still did'nt went for Visa stamping.I would like to ask few questions in this regard. 1.When is the correct time to go for stamping? 2.As i have applied from a consultancy so do i need to take any new employment offer letter from a new YYY company? 3.Presently i am working in XXX company?What should i carry from this XXX company? 4.If visa interviewer asks "If ur visa is been approved long time back then why you are coming now?" hi i have a valid H1B petition.(approved on oct 2010) It is approved for California location for a client A. Now i could not go for the client A since project is not available. I got project for client B in same california location but different city. I have filed fresh LCA now. after going to US my job involves frequent short travel to other states / cities for the support work. Can any one help me * Do i need to apply for fresh LCA if the client name changes & location ( changes within the state CA) * Can i travel to other states and cities for short term support work ( 2 weeks maximum ) * Possiblities of getting the visa in my case?
