For better progress for new ideas and for growth an
enviroment has to be changed, in my previous job there is
boundation in work where i cannot develop my skills and
cannot generate new ideas. I think sometimes for a better
need,one has to switch over. When you swtich over the job
you learnt diffrent things to do in other company which
helps to develop your skills because practical knowledge is
most important and that will you get to do by changes and
by doing that.
