Hi,
HRM is basically meant for Human+ age gets experience has
to deal with men with tactics. How I choose HR as a
profession is that, HR changed my character, my traits, my
perception, my thoughts. If I adopt and apply this
constraints into other human beings, that would help me to
understand and manage diffrent kind of human being under
one platform and tackle difficult situations.
