test strategy: it is nothing but a plan like hw to approach
testing for developed application i.e to test an
application u need to have test plan, test cases, to write
test cases u need to have brs,srs,usecases etc.
test case : a test case consist of some inputs,execution
condition and expected out puts.
a test case consist of
CaseID,description,actual results,expected
results,pass/fail,prioriety,severiety.

You must test a trouble report where the problem cannot be reproduced. You tried using various test data files and mutations from the data files the customer sent along with the trouble report. The software does not fail the way it did at the customer's site.
