as ramprasad said no languages are required except the
communication in English is more than enough as the
developers will give the sql quiers by the dba guys or data
base designers as u need to know every thing from the
functional specifications as lot of documents are available
while development. these documents are prepared by each
developer regarding their work.
if had some knowledge on the programing it will be an added
advantage but not required
