Now a days Every corporation wants Information Technology
system to meet their current requirments and flexible
enough to adapt to their changing business needs.
The CMM is designed to be an easy to
understand methodology for ranking a company's it related
activities.The cmm has 6 levels 0-5 which was proposed by
Software Engineering Institute(SEI)
Six Sigma methodology improves any existing business
process by constantly reviewing and re-tuning the process.
To achieve this, Six Sigma uses a methodology known as
DMAIC (Define opportunities, Measure performance, Analyze
opportunity, Improve performance, Control performance).
