Hi, I am Murali hailing from Warangal. I am a commerce
graduate from Kakatiya University. Coming to my Family, my
father is an Ex-corporator and mother is home maker. I have
an elder brother who completed MCA and persuing SAP from
Vecentric institute. I have 31/2+ years experience in
various banking fields like two wheeler loans, personal
loans and recovery of credit cards and has experience in
interacting/deleaing with different people in the market.
Presently working as Techniocal support executive in
Brigade Corporation India Pvt Ltd since January 2007 till
date. My job responsibility is to respond to account
specific chat queries after understanding and analyzing the
customers’ problems, to ensure that the response given
adequately satisfies the customer – the first time, to
ensure that the response time as well as the response
quality is within the norms specified for the account. Have
achieved targets that were given to me. Then I have changed
myself to BPO side, as today is the trend of BPO where
there is a span to grow more and earn more.
My hobbies are playing Cricket and watching cartoons
especially Tom N Jerry. I lead a cricket team in college
and also participated in University Cricket tournaments. My
pass time is experimenting with food i.e, cooking.
