while registering executable and concurent program we
register both with application name|<oracle purchasing>?
so my question is why we are defining in both concurent
program and executable?

short name which u will give while registering the report
is unique for the application(po/ap/other_tops) not across
the apps. so the short name can be same in the 2 appl_tops
that is the region we match the appl name both in the
executable and in concurrent pgm
i think it is true.
