Its based on the project,if smoke testing is enough it
hardly takes 2 to 3 days to check the basic navigation and
basic functionality and ad-hoc testing can be done as a Random
test process

I am searching for job in s/w Testing. I completed the course, and hav 6 months exp as a Trainee Tester. I hv registered in all possible job-portals. But am nt gettin the response for that, instead i'm getting responses for my previous experience.(fyi: this is a shift in career. hello everybody, I have started learning testing tools and have familiarity with winrunner and general testing knowledge.Pl let me know what other stuff should i learn. I had 6 yrs of exp in GIS field and now i want to shift to testing tools. I left my job in 2001 now i want to enter into the market again. Could any of u help me how to approach the market.
