technology and i am an expert in handling the projects in
offshore. So i would be the suitable person to work onsite
to make the projects successful and bring profits to the
organisation at the business level.

hai . i got i20 and my visa interview was yet complete. i took IELTS instead of taking TOEFL as a english proficiency language... what should i have to answer if he asks why did you prefer IELTS than TOEFL plZz suggest me

hai i am suthahar my h1b interview date is(oct16-2008) ,i am a software enginner from coimbatore, i have complted MCA My current company experience 1.8 years I have completed BSC(2001-2004) my college time is 6-1(BSC) Remaing(2-10) i had worked as technical support enginner from csc computer center( 3 years ) ,pudukkottai I had fill application for currenct company experience ==>1.8 years previes company experience ==>3 years how to explain about my experience? and this is part time or full time (I haveoffer leter and experience leter,photos also)

Hi All, This is karthik from bangalore, I have applied for my H1B and it got selected in lotto and it's approved on June 19 2008.Now i am waiting for mu interview date. I am working here with a software company for 3 years but before 6 months it was taken over by another concern and now all my revisal letter and pay slip will have both the companies name logo etc..... my questions is.. How many employees are working in your company? Me: around 30 3. Are all of them from India? Me: most of them she issued me 221(g) and asked me for the following documents: 1. Petitioner's Federal income tax return past 3yrs 2. Petitioner's State unemployment wage reports for past 3 years 3.List of petitioner's employees at your job site including names, titles , salaries and immigration status. I was wondering what are they trying to determine by determing how many employees are from India and are there chances of refusal if they find out 10 out of 30 are on H1
