Is there any specific standard which tells, How many test
cases should one person write in a day?
and How many test cases should get executed in a day?

it depends on size and deadline of the project.when i
project is given for testing the testers are apponited for
that project and when the test plan is created it also has
the information about how to test when to test wahat to
test.here the test lead might make an approximate guess
about the testing of the poject so he knows how many test
cases can be wriiten per day to complete the project which
is free from defects but even then no specific target is
given for the testers per day but test lead will look for
the completion of modules acording to daywise and at the
end of the day it all depends how wel u checked each
funtionality
