i have applied F1 visa 8th Aug and i have been rejected i could not conveince her on transfer from 3years bachelors of environmental science to sociology and i need to reach university by 25th Aug .last interview i said for second bachelor she asked why didnt search for environmental science and environment management and wild life management is different
would it a problem if i am going for a second degree and my spondor is the us?
my graduate school had my gre score sent to them by ets but up till now that i am about to attend the interview i do not have my copy of the score
I wish to do my graduate studies in one of the us universities in the field of computer science starting Fall 2010 and am waiting admission information from 1-2 univs. Two years back, I had attempted for H1-B visa which was put on hold. Subsequently since I got a good job in India, I did not pursue H1-B visa. Now I wish to continue with my studies after getting some job experience. My problem What shoudl I write in the DS-160 column asking: Whether you had applied for US visa earlier, if so what is the result. Whether I should write: applied for H1-B visa but put on hold or applied for H1-B visa, denied. Whether this will come in the way of my securing F-1 visa now? Hi all, my F-1 visa request was rejected two years ago (December 2008) and now I will try for the second and last time on January 7,2011. Previously my brother, who lives in the U.S.A, was my sponsor but this time I'm self sponsored and changed my university. Last time the VO said "You are going to work with your brother" and rejected my visa. So the possible questions for my visa will be as follows and please give me some possible answers. Thank you! Some info about me I'm a Computer Science graduate, I am a Webmaster and I run my own business and I sponsor myself for my Masters in Software Engineering. 1. Why this University? 2. Why did u change your University, (Why not apply to the same University)? 3. Why did you wait two years to re-apply? 4. How will u pay for your second year class?
