Bacteria are the microorganisms belonging to
prokaryotes.They are unicellular covered by capsule.
Bacteria reproduces sexually and asexually.Depending on
size and shape they are divided into subgroups like
coccus,spirillum,cubes etc.
Fungi comes under plant subgroups. multicellular
structures.They are included under mycetae.Depending on
spore producing structure they are divided into many
subcategories like ascomycetes,Basidiomycetes,Hymenomycetes
etc.Fungi reproduces asexually.
