We can test the report in 3 ways
1. By using 'validating the report oprion'
2. Run Report Option.
3. By im pliment an SQL query parallel to the requirement
and finally check the result with the report reslt.
ie. the result return by the sql statemnt is coinside with
the result of the report.

3. The vice president of sales has requested a graphical display of the same information provided in our last crosstab report (whatever I mentioned in above question) for an up coming presentation.
