IN THE FIRST FIVE YEAR PLAN MAINLY THE AGRICULTURE SECTOR
WAS KEEP IN VIEW BECAUSE OF THE STRUCTURE OF INDIAN ECONOMY
AT THAT TIME OUR ECONOMY IS COMPLETELY DEPENDENT ON
AGRICULTURE
