rs 100 buys 25 pencils @ rs 4 each
rs 100 buys 15 books @ rs 6.66 each
rs 100
-15 = he keeps 15%
-20 = he buys 5 pencils

65 / 6.66 per book = 9 books = 59.94
he buys 9 books and has rs 5.06 change
