When SRS is prepared by the business analyst he will send
the drafts to testers and developers for review. After
reviewing testers and developers will send their comments
and after analysing them the SRS is modified. once the SRS
is freezed TL prepares the TESTPLAN and after that testers
start writing testcases.
i..e testers start writing testcases when the
requirement phase itself.
