pass if it has a space for sit.
pass if it has a back rest
( only these three things are necessary to check whether it
is a chair)
( does'nt matter which material it is made , how many kg it
can withstand , and whether any one can sit properly
because we are only checking wheter it can be called as a
chair or not. )
