am going to attend the H1B visa interview for US in the
October. i am testing engineer.
I would like to know that US company which filing my HIB is
a consulting company,having 27 employees.
They provided me all the documents,Ina come tax papers
employees salary details,photos,Offer letter except Client
papers. is it problem for me in embassy

Its better to have a client letter.If your consultant is
not able to provide the client letter and if the VO asks
about u r project tell him that your are going to work for
in-house project.

I selected in H1B going 4 stamping in nov 2009, I have one question I'm maried in 2006 and we seperated in 2009 i dont have mariage certificate. it it mandatiory while going to stamping

My wife has gone on H1B visa in November. Now I have applied for H4. In case they ask why I din't go along with her what should be my reply?
My husband had to go to Switzerland for work for a week,and also get his H1b Stamping from there. Now the consulate there said it would take 3 weeks to process, do you think it would create a problem. They have also asked for his resume???? PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE suggest....he's not stuck cos cant enter US...shuld he go back to india or stay in switzerland to process it???
I was attened for H1b in chennai embassy,on nov14th 2005, but its in Admin Query, after few months exactly 364 days i got a personnel interview, in that they said we r sending ur file to INS because u dont have background computers, but in MBA i have computers subject i said, and i too worked in Canada for 1.5 years. hi i have a valid H1B petition.(approved on oct 2010) It is approved for California location for a client A. Now i could not go for the client A since project is not available. I got project for client B in same california location but different city. I have filed fresh LCA now. after going to US my job involves frequent short travel to other states / cities for the support work. Can any one help me * Do i need to apply for fresh LCA if the client name changes & location ( changes within the state CA) * Can i travel to other states and cities for short term support work ( 2 weeks maximum ) * Possiblities of getting the visa in my case?
