am going to attend the H1B visa interview for US in the
October. i am testing engineer.
I would like to know that US company which filing my HIB is
a consulting company,having 27 employees.
They provided me all the documents,Ina come tax papers
employees salary details,photos,Offer letter except Client
papers. is it problem for me in embassy

Its better to have a client letter.If your consultant is
not able to provide the client letter and if the VO asks
about u r project tell him that your are going to work for
in-house project.

Hi All, I dont have letter from client, as my employer is saying he may not able to provide it.Is the agreement between client and employer work out at consulate?. Hi, I went to US consulate in Mummbai, on 16 th march 2009 and i was asked to get income tax papers of my co, list of employees and my income tax return.Whn I carried those papers and went again, the officer asked to get unemployment wage repot, but my co is not ready to send me the report, could you please tell me if there is an alternate doc to it? I really need helpIs there any other way out to go back to USA?

im going for the first time H1b visa stamping at chennai consulate on 30thseptember.i was employed in a major IT company till 8thseptember2008.since i had to give 2months prior notice to the HR dept of the company,and my US company need me there by october 1st,i resigned my present job(india company).will the unemployment part cause any issue at the time of interview.Is it mandatory that i must be employed at the time of interview?please reply.
